What we collect

When you use our quote or booking form, or contact us, we collect: name, organization, email, phone or KakaoTalk ID, course details, number of participants, preferred dates, location and your message. To issue EFR certification we may also need each participant’s full name, date of birth and email.

Why we collect it

To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule training, register participants for EFR eLearning and certification, and issue invoices.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and booking and invoice records for as long as Korean tax law requires.

Sharing

We share participant details with PADI / Emergency First Response only to register eLearning and issue certification. We also use service providers to host this website and handle email. We do not sell personal information.
