Instructor demonstrating CPR on a training manikin

Our Courses

All courses are Emergency First Response (EFR) programs, taught in English with hands-on practice. Successful participants receive an EFR course completion card; we recommend refreshing every 2 years.

Durations below are EFR’s typical figures. If you complete the EFR eLearning first, your in-person session is shorter: the full CPR & First Aid course can be done in about 3–4 hours in person.
